Take 90 mins to stretch, relax, and strengthen yourself. You will be led in meditation & warm up before we start stretching gently, but deeply, your whole body. Movement in class is always slow, steady, and relaxing. Yin yoga is not without work (you will feel the stretches the next day) but you will never be encouraged to push so hard you hurt. This class is for people of any size and shape, without judgement. Modifications are strongly encouraged. Yin yoga is about YOU, not the perfect pose. Please bring a a yoga mat or towel, and a blanket and/or blocks for modifications.

About the teacher, Athena Bingham
Athena has practiced Yin yoga for two years, and is currently pursuing her yoga teaching certification. She also enjoys hatha yoga, mediation, tea, and coffee. Lots of coffee.
