Are you feeling a little burned out? Do you find that things you love to do are now a bit of a drag? Finding it challenging not to over-commit yourself? Perhaps you need some magic! Allow me to introduce you to the magic word: "No!" Come learn about the Art of No! • Why people have a hard time saying No • People to whom we have trouble saying No • Approaches and strategies for saying No and making it stick • Why the "Soft No" is dangerous • How to respond when someone doesn't respect your No • …and lots more! I’ve put this class together mostly out of (painful!) personal experience – learn how to avoid my mistakes!
