Are you tired of being the one assigned plates and paper napkins at holiday dinners and parties? In this class you'll learn all the skills you need to work your way up from "just bring ice" to being trusted with a side dish. We'll go step by step through basic recipes which are delicious left plain and then learn to dress them up. You'll learn all the tips and tricks to garner all of those coveted "YOU cooked this?!" comments. Recipes will be vegetarian friendly and we will be using recipes containing dairy, gluten (including white flour), sugar and some processed ingredients, though not necessarily all in the same recipe. If you have any allergies, intolerances or foods that you avoid, please reach out to us before signing up to ensure this class will be beneficial to you. You will leave the class with a booklet containing the basic recipes with lists of ways to fancy them up, PLUS the confidence to rock your next holiday pitch in.

Bring one of the following:
a 6 pack of any local beer
a book that you love with a note why
a surprise from a local Indianapolis business
Blue Buffalo or "I and Love and You" adult cat food
your favorite cooking ingredient (sauces, jams, herbs, aioli, anything you love!)
