Trade School Indy
1125 Brookside Ave
Indianapolis US

Whether you're hunting for a job or not, it's important to keep your resume up-to-date. Your resume affirms all the hard work you've done and are currently doing. Plus, you want your resume readily available should you decide to make a change (or if you're forced to). Join this resume writing workshop for tips, discussions on when a cover letter is needed, ways to communicate a skill in one sentence, resume layout examples and No-No's, and how to add your personality to a resume! *You may bring your resume, but it is not required. You will be provided with samples to work from.

Bring one of the following:
a surprise from a local Indy business or something handmade/local
calligraphy paper (aka “marker paper” that is 13.5 lbs)
dark chocolate
individually bagged tea
maps of places other than Indiana (international, even!)
something else you’d like to offer (email your teacher before class)
tea or dish towels (preferably new)
teach a class (email Trade School before class)
unused postcards
volunteer for this class as a facilitator (email Trade School before class)
