Cozy up and celebrate Autumn by diving into the often misunderstood subject of Native American religion(s). This seminar-style class will provide a brief glimpse into this complex subject using case studies, Native American literature, and end with how Native American religion is impacting current events (think pipeline controversies, etc.)

About the teacher, Sarah Ertelt

Sarah is a senior at DePauw University majoring in Religious Studies, and is passionate about studying how religion impacts climate change. In her free time she enjoys spending time outdoors and trying out new bars, restaurants, and coffee shops. She has previously taught an Introduction to World Religions class.
