Come learn about mindfulness and strategies for using it to better manage your stress. Together, the class will cut through the hype to learn what mindfulness really means. At the end of the class, you will have identified at least one mindfulness technique that you can take away and use to manage your stress instead of having it manage you.

Bring one of the following:
a book on crafting
a favorite recipe
seasonal fruits or vegetables
something else you’d like to offer email your teacher before class)
to volunteer for this class as a facilitator (email Trade School before class)

About the teacher, Lisa Robinson

Lisa has been studying mindfulness for the last couple of years. She became exposed to it while completing her graduate degree program; mindfulness resonated with her so much it became an integral piece of her life. As a volunteer, Lisa authors a regular blog for Peace Learning Center for a column she created called “The Mindful Path.”
