Following Hold the Diet 101, you'll have learned and implemented the first two steps to "dieting detox": releasing yourself from the pressure to be on a diet and reconciling with your body. This class will teach you how to rethink your relationship with food & restore your intuition so that you can shake off years of obsessing about the weight, relish in your newfound freedom around food, and look forward to a whole, healthy self.
