Ancient healers in China observed that those who lived in tune with nature and the seasons were blessed with health, happiness, and longevity. They developed the Chinese medical system to understand how to live in harmony with the seasons. Even in our modern world, we can use these time-tested observations to thrive this spring. In this class, we will explore easy lifestyle habits, diet therapy and recipes, herbal medicine, self-acupressure, and qigong exercises to make this your most vibrant spring yet. Kate will finish the class with a group acupuncture/relaxation session. *If you have any health / dietary concerns, please contact us before signing-up. Wear comfortable clothes appropriate for light movement exercises. If you would like to receive acupuncture during class, you will need to fill out a brief health form and consent to treatment the day of class. If you do not want to receive acupuncture, you are welcome to rest and relax with the group or you're free to head home!

Kate is an acupuncturist & herbalist with expertise in the complex world of women's health. She loves to help women take control of their health and find happiness along the way. When she's not playing with tiny needles, you might find her thrift shopping, reading cookbooks, or planning her next adventure.
