Learn how to make fermented foods! This class will cover kombucha, sauerkraut, kimchi and more with demonstrations and tastings. Come have fun with fermenting!

About the teacher, Susan Vogt

Susan is a resident of the near eastside living in Cottage Home. She is the Director of Economic Development for NEAR (Near East Area Renewal). Passions include small businesses, fermented foods, teaching Pilates and the near eastside.
