Learn to make a dreamcatcher! Bring an embroidery hoop or something circular with a hole in the middle to get started. You will learn a simple weaving technique to make the inner web, and then can decorate it with trinkets, ribbons, and old fabric. I encourage you to "bring your own trinkets" if there is something especially meaningful to you that you would like to include (example: a set of antique buttons from a family member), but a variety of buttons, beads, feathers, ribbons, and patterned fabric will be provided!
Bring one of the following:
*email firstname.lastname@example.org to volunteer at this class (this is your barter!)
*have your own goods or services to offer? arrange your own barter by emailing your teacher
antique buttons or other tiny antique trinkets
anything round (ie. an antique circular shaped picture frame)
colorful/patterned vintage or used clothing in any size
local craft beer (no IPAs)
shareable homemade baked good (bring the recipe, too!)
wildflowers to dry or interesting plants that would look beautiful dried
