Did you know that there are thousands of sewing patterns online? You can download them to your computer, and print them from a home printer! In this class students will learn the benefits of downloadable patterns, where to find them (for free and for sale), and how to assemble and use them. *If you have extra scissors and/or tape you are willing to share please bring them!

Bring one of the following:
*I have attended a training and arranged with Trade School to be the class volunteer
a live plant
a local or handmade surprise
a treat to share with the class
an hour DSLR photography lesson
extra tape or scissors to share
old craft materials that you have sitting around that you want to get rid of
something else you'd like to offer (my contact info is in the registration email)

About the teacher, Madeline Stage

Madeline Stage is an Indie Pattern Designer with a special love for using up unwanted craft materials. She has been making up her own sewing patterns since she was 7, studied pattern design in college, and is now making a living out of it.
