The holidays are over but you still have half a bag of dried cranberries, some roasted mixed nuts and a mostly full jar of poultry seasoning buried in your cupboard...what to do? Let's reinvent them into tasty treats! This hands-on class will show you how to create Mega Monster Cookies, Chocolate Master Truffles, Kitchen Sink Granola and Herb Butter Biscuits, all using leftover items. We will also explore which items can easily be swapped in the kitchen, how to make recipes more versatile and when you need to follow a recipe as written. If you have any allergies, intolerances or foods that you dislike, please reach out to us before signing up to ensure you will have an enjoyable experience!

Bring one of the following:
a favorite gourmet or local food surprise
a package of parchment paper
gently used cookbooks
handmade decorated 4X6 recipe cards
the stories behind ten of your favorite recipes with the recipe (typed or handwritten is fine!)
volunteer hours for this class as a facilitator (must be an approved TS facilitator)
your favorite spices or baking extracts
