Cooking on a Budget

If you are looking for ways to make your dollar stretch a little further when it comes to food - this class is for you. During our time together we will discuss how to shop on a budget, how to reuse leftovers to create a new meal, how to meal prep to prevent overspending, and ideas for crockpot meals that can go in the freezer. This class can be for any level of cook and any budget!

Bring one of the following:
* email to volunteer at this class (this is your barter!)
* something else you'd like to offer (my contact info is in the registration email)
local food items (olive oil, peanut butter, candy)
local ground coffee
local, fresh produce
something a foodie would appreciate
unique note cards/thank you notes
your favorite book with a note explaining why

About the teacher, Samantha Avanzino

Samantha is a maker and doer. She loves to cook, craft, and create new things, whether that be making a new recipe to entertain friends or building furniture from scratch. She works in the non-profit world and runs a food blog on the side. She was born and raised in Nevada but loves calling Indiana her new home.
