Welcome to the wonderful world of cake decorating! In this class, we will explore trends in cake decorating that are easy for beginners to apply and learn/practice some simple piping techniques. Whether you've dabbled with decorating before or you're completely new to cake decorating, this class will definitely send you on your way with new ideas, techniques and inspiration when creating your next treat! *If you have any health / dietary concerns, please contact us before signing-up to determine whether the environment will be conducive to your health and safety.

Bring one of the following:
a bag of powdered sugar
any flavor cake mixes
free-range eggs
gently used unisex baby clothes (sizes 3-12 months)
something else you’d like to offer (email your teacher before class)
to volunteer for this class as a facilitator (email Trade School before class)
two hours of gardening help in Spring 2016 (to be scheduled after class - I live in Pike Township)
your favorite flavoring extract(s)

About the teacher, Asia Coffee

A native of Indianapolis, Asia Coffee is a commercial interior designer by profession who loves to decorate cakes and teach cake decorating classes in her spare time. She has been decorating for family and friends for seven years and has been teaching for five years as a certified Wilton Method Instructor. Asia is passionate about cake decorating and is looking forward to the exciting opportunity to share her knowledge with others through Trade School!
