If you saw a jackal in someone’s third eye, what might you be experiencing with that person? What about a giraffe nestled next to their anabata – how would that differ from a jackal eye? Come have some fun as we explore community, compassion, and curiosity. How do power differentials affect our personal and work relationships? What would our world look like if all of our needs were being met? What would it feel like if most of our needs were not being met? Together, we’ll discover some (possibly) new ways to communicate with others with more compassion and connection. If you’re curious, google "NVC" or "non-violent communication". If you like what you find, come join us for this workshop! This is open to all - there are no pre-reqs other than Life 101.

Bring one of the following:
*I have attended a training and arranged with Trade School to be the class volunteer
a 50mm clear (UV) lens filter
a 58mm clear (UV) lens filter
a found object for my sculpture garden
a local or handmade food item
a pair of men's collar stays
something else you'd like to offer (my contact info is in the registration email)
your three favorite restaurants - because community is built around food!
