Clean eating is about eating whole, real foods -- those that are minimally processed, refined, and handled. Join us for an interactive workshop to learn more about clean eating lifestyles, the 80/20 rule, and foods constituting as clean. We'll practice reading ingredient lists to spot those sneaky additives and learn basic clean eating substitutions for everyday ingredients while cooking a few recipes together! Recipes will include unique techniques for some impressive but super simple healthy side dishes *If you have any health / dietary concerns, please contact us before signing-up to determine whether the environment will be conducive to your health and safety.

your favorite spice or hot sauce
